I have my hub public and if i acces with my user i have no problem, but i am connect from MAC, USING SAFARIA from another country(in this case i am in uruguay and the other person in EEUU using mac) i can not access and have a license problem
but i am accesing using google chrome and windows and acces ok with THE SAME USER.
the user in EEUU see the hub and when he click to the app see the error that indicate that the user have not got license allocated.
what could be?
I check the qmc and the license are ok, i can acces from a "normaly" situation
