combining columns as single column

I have 3 columns with names.....Tricodes, City, Type

All should be combine and shown in same column

like if code is AHD, matching city will be Auburn hills and matching type will be data center

it should give output like in format AHD=> (Auburn hills)=>Auburn hills data center

So it should show like below
