connction wizard loading issue

I am getting slow data connection wizard while opening the script editor on hub on both server as well as client side.

I have gone through the solution given in the link
I have query about deleting below two folders that deleting these folder can affect current environment?
after deleting the already exist data connections will also be removed or how?
