I have a small requirement. I have the below table of just Timestamp and value. Want to calculate the highlighted column. in script

3/18/2019 11:08:03 70 -

3/18/2019 11:08:05 1000 -
3/18/2019 11:08:06 1118 -
Basically wanted to calculate Highlighted Duration - Interval of Timestamp from start to end timestamp whenever value is greater than 100.
