@cdemb Yes, you can set a bubble layer to any image that you would like. If you are using GeoAnalytics in the bubble layer under shape & size choose symbol. Place the desired url of the image into the image url. Make sure to put single quote on either end of the URL. you can use the scale to make it larger or smaller.
If using the standard map, in the bubble layer go to shape and size. Choose image in shape drop down. upload your image.
