getobjectdimension() will it work through variable ?

Hi All ,

   defined getobjectdimension()  function in variable calling as expression ,but unfortunately its not getting evaluated as expected. As we know this function has some limitation like it will not evaluate in chart tittles  etc.. will this also be limitation ?
