groupby is in tuple couple

I want help on script .

I would like to get a couple of CSP  column(1,4 or 4,1) on in script , which contains multiple values 

and the result would be :

CustomerId	Product	csp
adp141	Toaster	1
adp141	Toaster	4
55868	Toaster	1
55868	Radio	4
