help to colour value in a table viz

I try to colour a value in a table viz like this but it doesnt works

=If(UnitPrice > 12, blue())

what is the probleme please?

Are you writing the expression in the right place? 

Also, I noticed that on my screen, it is a quite dark blue, so not so easy to distinguish from black unless you look carefully.
