install Qlik_Sense_Enterprise June 2017 Release as a local host

HI guys,

we are trying to set up Qlik_Sense_Enterprise June 2017 Release as an authetication cloud so that QS client can logon

encounter Service user validation failed.

Suspect the services for Deny log on as a Service  is block,   anyone got this experience and how to set this value to None in the registry ?
