This is a stacked bar chart with one dimension and two measures
Measure for Female is shifted to the negative Y-axis as = -count(Something)/count(total Something)
Measure for Male is shifted to the positive Y-axis as = count(Something)/count(total Something)

forcing the values to be negative will shift the bars to the negative Y-Axis
