not showing the chart line or bars

is anyone facing the issue that charts are not showing the chart line or bars, after refreshing the page it works fine. 

Version: Qlik Enterprise Feb 2024 path 1

Yes, I use SaaS, and I'm experiencing the same issue depicted. When pressing F12 in the browser tab (Chrome), the following error message appears:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ().

I also did a test with another browser (Edge) , which does not show any errors in the visualization of the graphs.
