outliers, dynamic y-axis max/min

I am trying to find the best solution to get good performance regarding the following problem:

I have a fairly simple sum (value) and in dimension the date (drill to 10 minute steps), as you see in the screenshot, I have one / more outliers.

I want to set up a solution allowing me to reduce the y-axis in order to no longer have a crushed curve, the outliers will still be present but not visible without modifying the max value of the axis.

I have already tried an aggregation combined with a variable/slider but it take more than 20 seconds for each new selections
