partial reload button for Qlik Sense

Hello
just discovered this extension that allows user to trigger a reload / partial reload

it seems to work if I open the dasbhoard from my work stream

but once I publish it it gives an access denied error (knowing that my dashboard has section access defined)

Kindly advise
