rolling 12 months with date dimension in qlik sense

Hi all,

I am working on app development for which, I need to show MAT calculation from quarterly data,  

which is possible through range sum above function(attached is desired output which is correct-3rd column), but I need to do this through sum max function(SUM({<Year=, NEW_Date = {">=$(=QuarterStart(Max(NEW_Date),-3))<=$(=AddMonths(Max(NEW_Date),-0))"}>}[Market Units])). Request you to please check and let me know if it is possible.
