time buckets with seconds qlik sense

I have seen ways to make time buckets that have rounded

1:00 hour

30    minutes

or

15 Minutes

is there a way of making buckets for example for 15 mins

00:00:00 to 00:14:59

00:15:00 to 00:29:59

ect

column is TotalOrderTime

please help
