trying to download ODBC connector and I get this error... no matter how many times I tried

as the title says, when trying to access the download page I get this error:

Have you checked your credentials. 401 error means "Unauthorized response status code indicates that the client request has not been completed because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the requested resource."
