user without access to App

On our PRE server in qliksense we have a problem with an APP (unpublished). One of our users (and only that user, despite having all the administrator's permissions) can not access, the screen remains with the circles indefinitely,

This user only happens with that app, and is the only user that happens (even users with fewer permissions can see it).

We have tried to:

- Modify the user's permissions to give all: root, admin, deployment admin, security admin.

- We have asked the user to import the app to be the owner

- We have doubled the app

Nothing has worked. Any ideas we can prove?
