Importing Chinese data with CSV

I am trying to import a CSV (data with Chinese) into QDC, but it shows error for encoding, is it a limitation of QDC / or any solution can suggest to handle the case.

Hello, 

Have you tried going into entity details and switching the property 'default.field.allow.non.ascii.chars' to true?
