Ingest from NoSQL databases via JDBC

Hi,

The documentation of QDC states that we can load data from RDBMS throught JDBC, but it doesn't mention NoSQL databases. Is it possible to setup source connections in QDC with JDBC to ingest data from NoSQL sources like DynamoDB or Cassandra?

Hi Steven,

It is possible to add NoSQL databases via JDBC. However you have to place the JDBC driver you would like to use within the Qlik Catalog, usually in the directory of  /usr/local/qdc/<tomcat>/webapps/qdc/WEB-INF/lib. And you would also have to add the driver, with configuration details within the Administration, Database Driver screen.

Best,

Hordy
