Qlik Lineage Connector - No lineage available

I am using Qlik Lineage Connector (QLC) tool. I've got multi-node Qlik Sense Enterprise instance to retrieve the lineage from and a target Qlik Cloud instance. I've got links created in Qlik Cloud, but no lineage available.

QLC logs show

SenseProvider WARN -- Log file not found for <App name> - 12ae9466-5bc7-47ab-b291-00737347ecaf
ConnectorExecutor INFO No lineage for : qri:app:sense-enterprise://<server>:12ae9466-5bc7-47ab-b291-00737347ecaf
ConnectorExecutor INFO No lineage available for : qri:app:sense-enterprise://<server>:12ae9466-5bc7-47ab-b291-00737347ecaf

I've tried to scan many apps and the result is the same. How can I troubleshot this?

Was the application in the middle of an app reload in sense or is it an ETL without data after the reload is completed?
