Custom component development for Talend

Hello, 

We want to develop a custom component for Talend. We found out that there are two types of components:

1. Custom component kit

2. JavaJet 

We want to deploy it to Talend exchange. 

Does anybody know how we can deploy it and which is the best way to develop this custom component?

We also want our component to be paid, what are the possible options?
