Connection to AWS S3 [N.Virginia]

I have whitelisted Static Outbound and Inbound IPs provided on qlik help page: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Introduction/qlik-cloud-...

The connection from Qlik cloud to AWS S3 [N.Virginia] region bucket doesn't go through. Error: 403 Forbidden.

However, I am able to other regions without any issues with same configuration on AWS side.

The issue is specific to N.Virginia region only and for a specific tenant.
