JDBC Connector issue in qlik Cloud version

Hi ,

 I am having an issue while connecting SAP HANA (JDBC Connector) in Qliksense Cloud. i have all the required information and whitelisted all the required addresses but i am getting this error can anyone help me to solve this error.
