Qlik Data Transfer - Error Upload Data from Qlik App and Create Data Connection

Qlik Data Transfer was installed on the Thyssenkrupp Valvetrain client and it is not possible to upload data from Qlik APP and also create a data connection.
We validate with the client the release of ports and also firewall and antivirus.

The machine has windows server 2019 installed.
Attachment follows Qlik Data Transfer print and log.
