Error: Rest Api Url with Qlik sense cloud

Hi All,

I have created Rest Api Url  And trying to connect  with Qlik sense Cloud  but Error is comming

Error:

"HTTP response contains a redirect. Redirects are not allowed in Qlik Cloud ".

and 

same Rest Api Url  trying to connect with Qlik sense server then connection is sucessfull .

but question is why  Rest Api Url not connected with Qlik sense cloud .

please anyone help me .
