Error while creating Metadata

Hi Team, 

I am trying to connect SAP SuccessFactors through Data gateway on the QCDI platform. I am successfully able to configure the endpoint and fetch the list of tables. However, when I try and create a metadata for this table, I am running into the below error. I have checked the access and permission part, and everything seems to be in place.  The error suggests that the username and password are incorrect, but I can assure you that I have checked this multiple time, and it seems to look fine.

Please open a support ticket to analyze further along with Tenant ID and Trace ID.
