Facing SYS-E-HTTPFAIL and SYS,GENERAL_EXCEPTION error in QCDI while testing connection

Hello everyone,

We are using SAP ODP as our source connection.

We encountered an error while testing the connectivity, which had been functioning properly until yesterday. Please see the error details below:

Test connection failed. Status(StatusCode="Internal", Detail="SYS-E-HTTPFAIL, Unable to connect to destination. SYS,GENERAL_EXCEPTION,Unable to connect to destination QEM-19, HTTP request failed, Failed to connect using Data Movement gateway local_repsrv. Verify the status in Management Console > Data gateways is "Connected" and then retry the operation.")

Additionally, here’s proof that the connection was previously working, as we successfully fetched metadata from several tables:

Hello @harsh2 

Could you please try re-generating keys and after that make sure Qlik Gateway Movement is connected.

Once the Qlik Gateway is connected, now the test the connection for endpoint.

Let us know the result.

Hello @harsh2 ,

 

Indicates that QCDI is having trouble connecting to the Data Movement Gateway. This typically means that the gateway responsible for transferring data between QCDI and the target system (or source system) is not functioning or cannot establish a connection.

As mentioned by Suresh, Please try above steps and update.

The user account was locked due to multiple incorrect attempts, but it’s now working fine. Thanks for your help! The gateway is also running smoothly.
