How To Change Talend Cloud region

Hay All

I Accidentally select wrong region 

when i register at the firs time

in my new qliksense cloud service

unfortunatly i cant cahnge it to the right 

i put the cloud id from my profile and its always tell me

that it incorrect format

please Help
