How can I build a job of the results I get in Talend Open Studio and get the same results when I run it as a .sh file on linux?

I created a job that calls SP in Talend Open Studio client, and the job was successfully loaded into the DATABASE.

However, when I build this job and run the .sh file on the linux server, there is no error, but it is not loaded into the DB.
