Is there a Data Gateway - Direct Access error list available?

We get various errors from the data gateway. Generally, we can just re-run the task and it will succeed the next time. 

Is there any list of errors and common causes so that we can look to prevent the errors from happening?

Hi @Siciliani,

This is a very tough list to have, as there can be many causes for errors, hence many codes. The most common are listed on Troubleshooting Direct Access gateway | Qlik Cloud Help.

Also, there are some community topics opened on specific issues:

What I usually do is just what you mentioned, I retry the reload. If that still fails, then you can go to the Administration Hub > Data gateway, and View logs for more details on gateway status.

If gateway is healthy, and didn't show any error during reload failure, then the error could be in the database itself.

Again, the list of errors is long, so re-run and troubleshoot if fails again is the best way to go, in my experience.

In the past 15 days, we have gotten 10+ different errors. They are not all covered by the links you have provided.

Manual retry is not a good solution and should not be the standard suggestion. There should be an auto-retry on tasks, and we should not have to set up an automation to do it. I believe there is something in the road map for this. 

We have some longer loads. If it is critical data load that fails near the end of the process and we have to retry it can delay other process and business dashboards/reports. 

Would you suggest that we reach out to support to try to find solutions?
