JWT authentication with qlikcloud using nodejs

I tried jwt authentication with qlikcloud and followed this video

and referred the qlik documentation. After following all the
steps i am able to get the interactive user login. But when i login,
qlik shows that content is restricted. The crf token is also generated every time i
login, but content seems to be restricted. And everytime i login into with a new user name,
a new user is created in the qlik. How to solve this error? Any insight in this will be helpful.
