"Access Denied. Error code: 5" when reordering sheets

Hello, I am having an issue right now where when I try to reorder the public sheets within my app, I am getting the following:

The app was originally created by a former employee. I have tried multiple things including making myself the app owner, duplicating the app to ensure it is mine, and some other things I've forgotten at this point. I am also the owner of the space that the app resides in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This error is related to Section Access. See article Qlik Cloud Analytics: Error code 5 returned when attempting to open an app for more details.

Are you using Qlik Cloud or Qlik Sense Enterprise ?

Ok, and it's a shared or a managed space ? Shared I assume ?

I've just tested on my own cloud, no problem here. 

It's seem I've seen this issue for another Qlik Cloud users, maybe you can try to open an issue ?
