Reading excel color font cell

Hi, 

I need to filter out excel colored text lines, I found that tFilterRow is not able to do it, is someone were able to resolve that using Java code or some other way?

1) I need to read Microsoft Excel file like this:

 

2) filter red lines and move them to another excel file.

I'm afraid that Talend tool would not be able to interpret the color font in excel file. Is there any other condition or rule to know the color font start line and end line? A number or Id?

With the right libraries that should be able to work, but I don't know how to do it.
