how to get each two rows of a matrix?

I have a matrix and I would like to extract the column name and each row to have a new matrix as a two row matrix and then run some mapping? is there a fast way?

Dear Sabrina,

I included very small example as attached. The aim is very simple: i would like to first the column "names" and "s1" column to run the tmap component, then ​column "names" and "s2" column. here is an example with s1 and s2, there might s3, s4 ...... I would like to run a iteration, and send the combination of "names" column and a sample column "s?" to the tmap, is there a fast way?
