DQ 4.2: Getting 'SVN commit failed applying log message to ...'

Hi,
I previously had TIS 4.1 installed and working. I have now installed DQ 4.2 and configured the TAC.
Now when I try to commit an update, I get:

org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: applying log message to /svn/ProcessMCOFiles/trunk/process

This worked fine previously. I have tested both a new project and a project that was created with TIS 4.1. The user has write access to the project (in TAC and SVN).
Anyone have any ideas?

What is the svn commit mode and svn lock mode? Can you show us more error message?

I found the error. The client connection to the server was through a firewall and the proxy settings were getting in the way. Disabling the proxy settings solved the problem.
