Please help with viewing rows/values of results in talend data quality

Hello All,
Help would be much appreciated here. 
I have run my analyses using Talend open studio for data quality and I am trying to see the rows associated with my results. When I click on the Analysis results tab, and right click on a result, I can see the options "view rows" and "view values". However when I click on either of these, 2 things happen:
Either:
1) nothing
Or
2) a window pops up saying "choose the features to install"....except there are no features listed!

On which build version you got this issue? Could you please upload the trouble screenshots into forum so that we will check if it repro on our end?

Hi. I am using the latest Talend version 6.1.

I have dragged and dropped my image to attach but then I click submit and it doesnt show! Am I doing something wrong? Are you able to see my uploads?

Update: 
I have looked at the error log for this and I can see it says:
2016-03-02 09:44:55,232 ERROR org.talend.dataprofiler.core.download.AbstractDQMissingJarsExtraUpdatesFactory  - failed to fetch missing third parties jars information for org.talend.dataprofiler.top.chart_6.1.1.jar
Any ideas please?

Can you please let me know the steps to get this issue resolved.
I am on  Version 6.2.1  Talend open profiler.

I am facing the same issue with 6.3 version. Please help.
