Postgres Database Connectivity

Hello Team,

I am trying to connect Postgres from talend cloud but getting below error:

Check connection failed

The connection attempt failed.

I have installed my Postgres DB in Cloud Server which is behind Private Network. Is there any method to connect DB behind VPN or any range of IPs which will I can whitelist for access.
