Metadata > db Connection locked

My talend metadata > db connections is locked. I have restarted my machined few times but still the issue not resolved.

can you tell me how to unlock. I attached screen shot

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are? Open studio or subscription solution? Is your project locked as well? More information will be helpful for us to address your issue.
