Not all information in the models not being upload to Talend Data Catalog v7.1

We are using an excel template for our model upload to Talend Data Catalog v7.1. Particularly, the model created using the metadata excel format add-in for Excel. When we trying to import this excel model to Talend Data Catalog v7.1, most of the information from the models did successfully get upload, but the table and column comments. Likewise, the subject area is not showing up. I am not sure what is going on beside the scene for the comment not getting upload, but has anyone else has this issue. Thanks.

Another issue. We tried to slightly modify a template with package-level fill-out. The comments strangely came out, but now Talend Data Catalog identifies the uploaded template as a data model vs. database as the original upload. Is package-level identify it as a 'data model'. How can we get our data dictionary to correctly upload to Talend Data catalog 7.1
