I'm using the QDF framework with 7qvw applications on the access point. I don't have Qlikview publisher. I have about 51 scheduled tasks in the reload engine. There are about 50 qvd files that need to be loaded on schedule and there are transformation tasks that have multiple dependencies. When I make a change at the system qvd level then there is a lot of configuration to change in the qmc.
I was thinking that my transformation applications need to know up front all the required qvd files and check them to see when they were last loaded and if the qvd's were older than some criteria reload them. I really just want to stay in a text editor to control this process.
This led me to wonder what QDF Qlik developers are really using to reload their system and top level containers.
