Monitoring apps not working after migrating

Hi all,

We have migrated Qlik Sense to on-prem cloud and everything seems to work OK except the monitoring apps.

All monitoring apps, except "Sense Connector Logs Analyzer", "Log Monitor" and App Metadata Analyzer" failed to reload. Even for these three apps, the data inside are not updated or the grpah show visualisation errors.

Is there some settings that we need to change to make these works? Note that we have changed our domain name during this migration.

Thanks.

Hello @user467341,

Kindly have a look at Monitoring app fails: Error: Connection aborted (S... - Qlik Community - 1713314

and

Operation and License Monitor App Fail With Error:... - Qlik Community - 1713805

and ensure all the data connections are set up properly and in case as linked to a virtual proxy using a prefix for example.

Cheers,

Albert

Hi @user467341,

Migrating the environment will likely mean these monitoring apps will need to be reconfigured. What errors are returned in the script logs for these apps? Refer to Qlik KB How to Find the Script (Reload) Logs in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows if you’re not sure where to locate them.

Hi Chip,

Can't really find the error, but I saw this at the end of the logs - Error: Connection aborted (System error: The handle is invalid.)
