Question regarding UTF-8

Hello.

I am currently working on setting users of qlik sense from QMC and having issue with character encoding.

The user name and organization names are being received from Oracle DB using ODBC connection.

ODBC connections are fine , however the names which are in Korean character are all displayed with '???' .

It looks like it is not supporting UTF-8.

Please help me with resolving this issue.
