SaaS - Data Space - Cannot assign roles and permissions

We have created a Data space in Qlik Sense SaaS.

I can add members to this space however I cannot set any rights, the additional users only get view permissions and cannot consume data. Only the owner can, so I have to change owner to consume data.

According to the help you would be able to set permissions for data spaces, however the help does not match the live version of SaaS

You should be able to change the roles under the "Role" Column

The functionality seems to have been changed, I can add a user with rights.
