Can we set scheduling time dynamically in talend cloud

Hi,

I am new to Talend. I know that we can schedule an api manually. I just wanted to know if we can schedule time for an api published into cloud dynamically.

I mean I will call Talend api from UI that takes time as parameter and this should schedule the api in cloud at that given time. Is this possible.
