New: Jenkins Talend Plugin

Using Talend CI, it is possible to compile your Talend projects and upload the artifacts to Talend Cloud or your own repository. Wouldn't it be great if it were possible to then also create a task based on your artifact, execute it and ultimately deploy your project, all without ever to go into Talend Cloud and having to click around?

Well, now you can.

With the Jenkins Talend Plugin, you can build your own Jenkins jobs or pipelines that follow your development workflow. It supports all the most common actions you might do repeatedly in Talend Cloud, for Data Services, Routes, Jobs and Pipelines. Artifact and Job Names are parameterized, so you can use a single workflow for each job you create.

Just go into your Jenkins installation and search for the Talend Plugin to install. You can find the manual the official Jenkins Talend Plugin page.

This is a community effort and not an official Talend product. Which means you can and are encouraged to participate on Github. If you find an issue with the plugin, please file them in the Jenkins Jira.
