RemoteEngine not working anymore

we have a very urgent problem with our Remote Engine, is it possible for us to get a meeting for today at short notice, as we are currently having problems with the RemoteEngine, which is no longer working - which means that none of our TalendJobs are actually running at the moment.

please get back to me as soon as you can, as this is very critical for our work.

Please find here the information concerning what happened yesterday.

The original problem was that the website jobs work fine locally but couldn't be deployed in the Talend Management Console (TMC), with the following error message: Failed to execute deployment.

The Talend customer service said it wasn't due to the job but the problem comes from the remote engine: too old (version 2.9.0 not supported anymore), too many jobs, maybe also compatibility problems with the new version of the TMC released this week. Their advice was: upgrade to a supported release : 2.12 or 2.13 (see e-mail below).
Second advice for bugfixing was: delete the logs in the data folder. I did this and then the remote engine wasn't working anymore.
Third advice was: delete more file in the data folder (see in the e-mail below), I tried this as well but it didn't work. Restart and reboot didn't help.

So since yesterday 17:00 no talend jobs are running.

This morning we found the issue: the .fileTableLock is needed, but has been deleted. A quickfix could be to recreate this file, but we don't know what was inside. We need the Talend support for this.

If this isn't possible or doesn't help, we should update the engine. For this we need Talend's help, also to ensuire that our jobs will work properly with the updated engine.
