Talend Cloud promotion pipeline - artifact promotion

Hello,

I use promotion pipeline to push artifact from dev to test environment.

I noticed when you promote the artifact, the existing associated task in the target environment is not updated until you go to the configuration of the task and reclick "go live".

Is it the expected behavior? I was expecting the task should be updated without any other action except promoting the artifact. (Note that if a promote the task itself, it is the same)

Hello, 

It is the expected behavior, a new job version must be run at least once before being used in a task. We are working in the roadmap in being able to select the version of the artefact to be used in a task including an option "use the latest version".
