waiting for screenshot to become available in TAC

Hi,

we recently upgraded to v7.3 and are getting the following error when running the job in TAC.

Tried running the job via Artifact task and normal task still same issue. Has anyone faced this issue before and what is the solution?

No log file are created for TAC run under the directory

/jobserver/agent/TalendJobServersFiles/jobexecutions/logs.

we are able to run the jobs from studio and the log file also gets generated "

/jobserver/agent/TalendJobServersFiles/jobexecutions/logs"
