Cannot change "Setup routine dependencies" for a job

@Abdallah Slim​ , if you have open job which you have used that routine or open routine ,please close and try are you able to see those ?

Yes it was closed, but the trick was it needs to be unlocked to be able to change.

@Abdallah Slim​ , yes you need to unlocked any object which you are trying to change or modify in talend.
