Date conversion from String to Date/Time in MYSQL not working.

Hi,

I am trying to convert Date and Time fields from String to Date/Time datatype in Mysql. But expecting results not arrived. I have attached the snapshots.

Using tLogRow i am getting correct result from tMap. When connecting MYSql DB output, Date and Time are showing different values. Is there any server timing or UTC timings in Ubuntu causing this issue in MYSql? kindly advise.
